What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is our return policy?

We offer a 100-day return policy on all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your product, you have 100 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@kaizencookware.com We'll send you detailed instructions to create a return label by yourself.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We cover return shipping only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What is covered under our lifetime guarantee?

All of our titanium products come with a lifetime guarantee against metal-related defects. This includes issues such as corrosion, warping, or structural failure caused by manufacturing flaws. If you encounter any of these problems, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.

What if my product is damaged upon arrival?

If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us immediately at support@kaizencookware.com We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund and provide you with a return label to send the damaged product back.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
