We’re confident you’ll love cooking with Kaizen. That’s why every order comes with a 100-day trial period, from the day it arrives at your door. Use it, cook with it, and see the difference for yourself.
If it’s not for you, we’ll take it back. No complicated process.
How to Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@Kaizencookware.com with your order number
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the product back, we’ll handle the rest
Please note: All returns must be requested within 100 days of delivery and authorised by our support team before shipping.
Unused Products
Changed your mind before using it? No problem. Return it in its original condition with all packaging, and we’ll issue a full refund.
Used Products
We encourage you to actually cook with your Kaizen, that’s the whole point of the trial. If you’ve been using the product and feel it’s not performing as expected, reach out to our team.
We may ask for a few photos so we can understand the issue and help you get the best results. In many cases, a small adjustment in technique makes all the difference.

Refund Timeline
- Confirmation email within 3 business days of receiving your return
- Refund processed to your original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we determine the product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.
